During her Feebas days, Fei Fei searched endlessly from ocean floors to river beds in an attempt to collect as many dry berries as she possibly could, stashing them in well hidden caves. She was completely obsessed with evolving into a Milotic, and due to her large collection of berries, there is not a single berry she is unaware of, or its function. To Fei Fei, berries can almost be seen as a form of currency, and she highly values even the most common berry known.

Easily one of the most breath-takingly beautiful pokemon seen, Fei Fei can be excessively vain, and when attacking, she prefers combining moves to emphasise their beauty. Despite this, she is incredibly fond of the idea of making new friends, although if caught in a bad mood, she can be unnecessarily sarcastic.
